2.2 Geographic Eligibility. hadjee's services are directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using hadjee is lawful in your jurisdiction. hadjee accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited or restricted by local law.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering on hadjee, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on hadjee. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your hadjee account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hadjee login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hadjee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify hadjee support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). hadjee may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used to transact on your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hadjee will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.
3.4 Account Currency. All hadjee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions processed in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate applied by the relevant payment service provider.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. hadjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. hadjee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to a Player's account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in the Player's account balance, depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal from hadjee, a Player must: (a) have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements; (b) have satisfied any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) have a verified payment method registered on their account; and (d) have a minimum withdrawable balance of ৳500 at the time of the request.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. hadjee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically received by the Player within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.6 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on the account. hadjee reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.7 Transaction Fees. hadjee does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, the Player's payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which hadjee accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and any other incentive made available by hadjee are subject to specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a Wagering Requirement which must be completed before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each individual offer.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on hadjee contribute equally — or at all — to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. The contribution rate of each game category will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. As a general rule, slots contribute at the highest rate while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
5.4 Time Limits. All bonus offers carry a time limit within which the Wagering Requirement must be completed. If the Wagering Requirement is not satisfied within the specified period, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without notice.
5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. hadjee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies, exploitation of promotional loopholes, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or any pattern of play that hadjee, in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
5.6 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim a new-player offer more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. hadjee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after an event outcome was already known; (b) the odds or game outcome displayed were the result of a manifest error; (c) hadjee has reasonable grounds to suspect integrity concerns relating to the event.
6.2 Manifest Errors. Where hadjee determines that a bet or casino game result was accepted or displayed as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game paytable, or software fault), hadjee reserves the right to declare the relevant bet void and to return the original wager to the Player's account balance without any winnings.
6.3 Live Casino. All live casino games are streamed from accredited studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the studio's records and hadjee will credit the Player's account accordingly. hadjee is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets offered by hadjee are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are available within the hadjee sportsbook interface. Settlement of cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL governing authority, FIFA, etc.).

hadjee reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of this section, to forfeit all balances held in such account, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the hadjee Platform — including but not limited to the hadjee brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hadjee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hadjee Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of hadjee content without prior written consent.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hadjee's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 hadjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if hadjee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 hadjee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or disruptions to payment processing networks.
12.1 You may close your hadjee account at any time by contacting hadjee support in writing. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account balance (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
12.2 hadjee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) hadjee is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (c) hadjee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
12.3 Upon termination by hadjee for cause, any Bonus Funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the depositing payment method net of any proven losses attributable to the prohibited conduct.
13.1 hadjee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.1 Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of hadjee must be submitted in writing to hadjee customer support in the first instance. hadjee will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
14.2 Players are encouraged to retain all relevant records — including transaction histories, screenshots, and correspondence — as supporting documentation when raising a dispute. hadjee will rely on its own system records as the primary source of truth in any dispute resolution process.
